Susie knew the market. She drove me around to see comparables in the neighborhood so I could get a feel for the competition. She had seen all the homes before and during our tour of each place, she talked with me about how my home compared.
Susie listened to me. In this tricky market, I was concerned about pricing and that my house might not stack up to the competition. She really listened to my concerns and shared valuable information and advice. Armed with this information, we chose to list the house at a price I felt very comfortable with.
Susie knew how to stage my home and yard so that it showed its best. I had very limited funds to spend on improvements before sale. Susie advised me to get a pre-sale inspection and then helped me prioritize projects so that I got the biggest bang for my buck. Susie went beyond the call of duty. Susie (and her team) spent several days working at my house to make sure it was ship-shape for sale. They literally got their hands dirty helping with yard clean-up and improving landscaping. Inside, Susie also helped me de-clutter and pack. Our house and yard never looked better!
