Winnona Park

Winnona Park is a historic suburb of Decatur, located south of downtown Decatur; west of the Village of Avondale Estates and east of Decatur’s Oakhurst community. Winnona Park is home to Columbia Theological Seminary and adjoins Agnes Scott College on the northeast.  Winnona Park is known for its late 19th and early 20th century American Movement buildings and contains numerous architectural styles–including craftsman bungalows, Georgian Revival and English Country.
